• Allied Arts champions the need for the arts as part of a quality education for all children. Our unique programs have garnered national recognition and funding, which is creating a major impact on the successes of Hamilton County teachers and school children each year.

      • The Impact on Area Schools:

        Allied Arts provides grants to area schools every year, benefiting more than 30,000 students.

      • National Partnerships:

        Allied Arts and the HCDE collaborate as one of 114 partnership teams across the country participating in the Partners in Education program through the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.

      • National Recognition:

        Among the national organizations that lend their support to Allied Arts’ arts education initiatives is the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), which has funded Allied Arts’ arts and literacy projects for the past two years.

        • 90 HCDE elementary school classroom teachers participated in projects
        • Allied Arts featured in NEA's annual report
        • A national arts advocacy organization, Americans for the Arts, highlighted Allied Arts’ project in its congressional report to support continued funding of the NEA
